Mission
Welcome to the Faith Fellowship School website. We are a private school
located in South Miami-Dade County. We approach education with the understanding
that God is the creator and sustainer of all things and that true wisdom
comes through Him.
Our
mission is to provide a high quality education in a distinctly Christian
environment. We desire that all students establish or deepen their personal
relationship with Jesus Christ. We endeavor to provide all students
a sound academic base, which will prepare them equally well for the
rigors of college or direct entry to the work force.
Special Needs Students
Faith Fellowship
serves children who have been identified with potential learning challenges
including language delay, learning disabilities, sensory integration
issues and attention deficits. The school provides an enriched educational
environment for children through nineth grade who are not ready for
mainstream education. By integrating academic and therapeutic services
with enrichment under one roof, Faith Fellowship gives students an unparalleled
opportunity to practice acquired skills in their classrooms, with their
peer group, under the guidance of trained special educational professionals.
This holistic approach to learning and development maximizes each child’s
progress and sense of mastery and well-being.
Enrollment
__ Elementary School Enrollment
Thank you
for your inquiry regarding our school. Listed below are
steps to help you in enrolling your child in K-3 through 6th grade.
1. Call the school to schedule an appointment for testing and an interview.
__(A testing fee of $50 per child will
be charged for all new applicants to the school.)
2. Prior to the appointment date obtain the following:
__a. Student records (grades and standardized
test scores) for the
____ current year and two previous years.
__b. Medical form (HRS 680) from your child's
doctor.
__c. Birth Certificate
__d. Student
Application
The
above items must be present at time of testing.
3. During the February and March enrollment periods, students are tested
in groups.
__Within 5 business days following testing,
parents are called and __scheduled for
an interview.
4. The Registration Fee will be due upon acceptance.

__ If enrollment takes place after August
1, the book fee and first tuition __payment
will also be due upon acceptance.
To be eligible for K-5 for the 2008-2009 school year, a child must be
5 years old by September 1, 2008. Likewise, K-4 students must be 4 years
old by September 1, 2008, and K-3 students must be 3 years by September
1, 2008.
